10.2 Where an account is closed by jiji333 due to a Player's breach of these Terms, jiji333 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to forfeit such balance entirely.
10.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jiji333 customer support. Verified funds held at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
